Department of registration and students affair
All student affairs like rewarding best student, keeping follow up, looking after employment opportunity for graduates, etc are some of the things which you can find at Babylon in department of registration and students affair. Approval of certificate and various documents are done by people of this department. They keep a tab on student progress and have monthly updates with them. Statistical data in relation to students and various plans is formed for betterment in educational field.
Directorate of athletic and artistic education
Sports and art like painting, acting, etc is thought by the faculty. Athletic and artistic department concentrates on extracurricular activities of the university and allow student to participate on national as well as international level. Different financial matters are also taken in to account by administrative unit of this department. Sports event and other competitions are also organized to boost up the talent of student.
Department of higher studies
In this department there is acceptance and follow up unit which manages acceptance by means of E-system and also states the condition of acceptance. Proper planning is done for the higher studies and updates are also given related to studies. Department of Evaluations University’s performance
Performance of the staff is evaluated here in order to make out problem faced by people if any. Keeping a tab on files maintained by staff members and scrutinizing every bit of information mentioned by them is done by people of this department. If there is scope of improvement in any of the administrative manager or staff then appropriate training sessions are held for them. .
